Department of Tourism: Women Executive Development Programme- Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management NQF level 8

The Women Executive Development Programme (WEDP) is a collaborative initiative between the Department of Tourism and Regenesys Education. The primary goal is to address the underrepresentation of women in senior management and executive positions within the tourism sector by building a sustainable leadership pipeline of capable women executives.

Entry Requirements:

A 3-year degree (NQF level 7)
Minimum 3 years managerial experience (Middle to Senior Management level)
Must be employed within the Tourism sector

Programme Structure

The Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PDBM) is an NQF Level 8 qualification, with 130 credits. This qualification is offered over 12 months.
