Karena Crerar is the CEO of Edelman Africa and co-lead of EMEA Financial Services, with nearly 25 years of experience in communications and marketing. She joined Edelman as Advisory Practice Lead before becoming Managing Director of Edelman South Africa in 2021. Previously, Karena led external communications at Absa Corporate and Investment Bank and held leadership roles at Magna Carta and Ogilvy PR, delivering award-winning campaigns.
